Eragon
Dragon riders the hour has come for courage and virtue amist the evil darkeness of the land of Alagaesia. Follow Eragon in his quest to untangle the paths of those who came before him and and watch him find his place for the future. It all begins in this the first installment of the Inheritance Trilogy.
In a deep and dark forest that few would enter Eragon shows skills of bravery and insight. He stumbles on a mystery that is so secret and hidden that few know how it all began. Little does Eragon know that those he needs are close at hand or will cross his path in a timely fashion. Help will be there when he needs it the most but much of it comes with misery and loss.
Enter then into the psyche that links dragon and man in a timeless link. This tenious link will help to strengthen and yet weaken Eragon as a boy growing into a man. Meet mysterious characters that have been lost into legend and yet see them as the strong figures that they may have been. Walk with them and learn about thier lives whether or not you agree you will enter their world and you will be changed forever.
Eragon Movie
Eragon the movie is coming to theaters December 15, 2006. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of this popular novel. Much anticipation is being generated about the cast and special effects. Fans are setting this date in stone on the hectic holiday calendars for an event that cannot be missed. The eragon movie trailer release date is sometime in october. You can find an eragon movie picture, and soon a preview or featurette on the movie page. The Eragon DVD will not be available until March 2007. Fortunately more upcoming movies should arrive based on the other books.

Eragon Eldest Books
Alagaesia is the host world to Eldest and the un-named Eragon book 3. The book 3 release date is expected in March 2007 and will probably be the last in the inheritance series. This fan site will report on the third book with a full review. Christopher Paolini is the author of the 3rd book and has an official website at Alagaesia.com including a contest.
